Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CyberBlink AI ("CyberBlink," "we," "us"), including our public Knowledge Center and our authenticated security tools. By creating an account or otherwise using CyberBlink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our public Knowledge Center articles, Security & Trust page, and this page itself are available without an account. Creating an account is required only to use our interactive security tools beyond the Password Toolkit, which runs entirely in your browser and requires no account.

Accounts

To use most CyberBlink tools, you must create an account with a valid email address, a name, and a password meeting our published password requirements. Account authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; see our Privacy Policy for how account information is used.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate account information and may not create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, or use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable use

CyberBlink's tools are provided for legitimate security research, education, and defensive use — for example, checking whether a domain or URL you have reason to investigate shows suspicious characteristics, looking up public vulnerability data, or evaluating a password's strength.

You agree not to use CyberBlink to: submit content you do not have the right to submit; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, including CyberBlink's own infrastructure; use our tools to facilitate an attack against a third party rather than to analyze or defend against one; interfere with or disrupt the service, including by circumventing rate limits or attempting to overwhelm our infrastructure; or use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations of this section using the security-audit logging described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Trust page.

Tool output & limitations

CyberBlink's analysis tools are decision aids, not guarantees. They do not replace professional incident response, legal advice, or a formal vulnerability-management program.

A tool result indicating no known threat evidence, no known vulnerability, or a strong password reflects the absence of a signal from the specific checks that tool performs — it is not a guarantee of safety. Conversely, a flagged result is an indicator for your own further investigation, not a final determination.

CVE severity and prioritization summaries are generated using fixed, deterministic logic based on data retrieved from the National Vulnerability Database and CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog — no AI model is used to write CVE analysis. Availability of CVE and domain/URL lookup results depends on the uptime of the upstream sources we query, which are outside our control.

We have not yet completed an independent third-party security audit or penetration test of CyberBlink, and do not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other third-party security certifications, consistent with the disclosure on our Security & Trust page.

Our free IOC / Threat-Intel Lookup tool uses authorized third-party threat-intelligence sources (currently URLhaus, ThreatFox, and MalwareBazaar) to help identify known indicators of compromise. This data is retrieved and cached periodically rather than queried in real time for each lookup, so it may not reflect the current status of an indicator, and indicators can become outdated, be corrected, or be removed by the source over time. A lookup result is not a guarantee that an indicator is currently malicious or currently safe. Where applicable, we display attribution to the authorised third-party threat-intelligence providers used by the IOC service, rather than identifying which specific provider reported a given indicator. This third-party threat-intelligence data supports the free IOC / Threat-Intel Lookup tool only and is not used to power any paid CyberBlink feature.

Intellectual property

The CyberBlink name, logo, Knowledge Center articles, and other original content we publish are owned by CyberBlink AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read, share a link to, and reference our public Knowledge Center content for personal or educational, non-commercial purposes, but may not republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

Vulnerability data and reference material shown by CVE Lookup originates from public third-party sources (NVD, CISA) and remains subject to those sources' own terms; we do not claim ownership of it.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to a CyberBlink tool. By submitting content, you grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the result you requested, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep CyberBlink available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including individual tools, at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of CyberBlink after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CyberBlink, with or without notice, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms, misused our tools, or created risk or legal exposure for CyberBlink or others.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address below, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

CyberBlink is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any tool result is complete, accurate, or free of error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CyberBlink AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including reliance on any security-tool result.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
